Vowli builds privacy-first software, including Skinli. This policy explains what we collect through our websites, products, billing, and support channels, and how we use it.
We design our products to collect as little personal data as practical. We do not sell personal information.
Website Data
When you visit https://vowli.app, our hosting and security providers may process standard technical information such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamps, and basic security logs.
If you email us, we use your email address and message content to reply and keep a support record.
Product Data
Product-specific data depends on the app you use. For Skinli, skin profile data, routine history, journal entries, and photos are designed to stay on your device whenever possible.
Some features may send limited data to service providers so the feature can work, such as authentication, weather lookup, subscription status, or AI analysis. We use this data only to provide and improve the relevant feature.
Billing
Payments may be processed by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or Stripe, depending on where you subscribe or buy. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
We may receive subscription status, purchase identifiers, customer identifiers, billing email, and related transaction metadata so we can provide access to paid features and support billing questions.
Your Choices
You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal data we control. Some information may need to be retained for security, legal, accounting, or abuse-prevention reasons.
Device permissions such as photos, camera, and location can be changed in your operating system settings.
Children
Our products are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
